Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) Budgets

On October 1, 2004, families using the Consumer Directed Community Supports option (CDCS) under the Minnesota Waiver were notified of changes in their services and their budget. Some families received increases in their budgets. Many families, however, experienced dramatic cuts in their budget.
