Since 1979, chapters of The Arc around the country have dedicated the month of March to fostering change and growth in their communities. Minnesota Arc chapters sell roses during this time to promote awareness of developmental disabilities and raise funds to further serve the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in our communities. Developmental disabilities include intellectual disabilities, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, and epilepsy.
